Very nice Busch Bavarian motion sign. Measures approx. 9 1/2" across x 5" deep. Constructed of hard plastic. Illuminated by a fluorescent tube with starter and transformer and works well. It takes the bulb a few seconds to ignite when first turned on, which is normal for the older fluorescent fixtures. There is a motor that turns a color wheel that makes the light change multiple colors in psychedelic patterns. Too cool! The motor comes right on and runs well, but it does make some noise. Nothing terrible, just not whisper quiet. This is the nicest example of this sign that I have observed in a very long time, short of being new in the box, showing only minor wear and patina. I'm certain that it has never been displayed in a smoky bar. There were 2 versions of this sign, both identical except the other version had a blue anodized housing, where this one is gold. I am including a short length of gold jack chain, which makes mounting a breeze. All told a very nice example of a hard to find motion sign that would look great displayed in your bar, lake cabin, man cave, garage, etc.
