    This is a 1986 Jan Hagara 14" "Tracy" porcelain doll. She has a porcelain head, arms and legs, with a soft body. This is doll #400. This doll is beyond adorable and she was voted Doll of the Year in 1986. She is a Victorian Child Doll. Her dress is white and made of very fine cotton lawn with white eyelet trim, and there is a matching slip and pantalets. Her hat is made of the same white fine cotton lawn, white knit stockings and white side buckled shoes. She has blonde very curly hair. All in great condition, with NO stains, tears, or odors.
