EARLY VIP GUEST CARD (GOLD) from the SANDS Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. One side has SANDS PLAZA CLUB and the other side has the instructions. It was used as a room key and to access the Sands Plaza Club Lounge on the 16th floor (if I remember correctly) and to access the special elevators to get to the higher floors for High Rollers. The Lounge had a spread of premium food and drinks that were complimentary and was open all the time.
The card has hole punches used before magnetic stripes and other more advanced technology.  It is about 3 inches by 2 inches.
Truly a piece of Atlantic City Casino history.
