    Description

    Lovely blue plate with handles.  Possibly for candy.  8 1/4" across (including the handles).  Small base underneath is shown by a photo with flash and so is too light, but does show the base.  All photos are not quite the deepness of the blue color.  My camera could not quite catch the color.  All glass and in excellent condition.  Manufacturer unknown.
