Brad's IT Services,LLC is a full service center. We service cellphone, tablets, laptops, anddesktops. Brad's IT Services is open Monday-Saturday from 8 am-8pm EST andSunday for emergency service.
Brad's IT Serviceswill do your repair the day it comes into the service center. The only timethis is not the case is when we need to order a part for your cellphone ortablet.
Brad's IT Serviceswill do most computer repairs within two days of receiving the device in ourservice center. The only time this is not the case is when we need to order apart for your computer.

How our ServicesWorks:
Place your order with Brad's IT Services.
Within 12 hours you will receive the instructions on how to mail your cellphone or tablet to us. Along with instructions you will have a form to include with your package.
When the device is received in our service center, we will notify you.
One of our technicians will let you know as soon as the diagnostic has been done on your device. In most cases this will happen within 12 hours of receiving the device. They will send you or call you with your quote to see if you would like to
proceed
with the repair.
As soon as you respond that you would like to have the repairs done. We will start your repairs. If parts need to be ordered they will be ordered at this time.
If you decide that you don't want the repairs done but would like to have the device returned to you, we will send out the device that this time.
We will let you know when the repairs have been completed. As soon as we receive payment for the repairs we will send the product out by USPS priority mail.
Included in the message about the repair being done we will send you a tracking number which will allow you to follow your package.
