We offer computer repair to our customers at competitive rates. Harness Repair Group works off of the "no fix no fee" repair model. We believe that if we haven't fixed the problem then we didn't do our job correctly and will happily resolve it. Your business is essential to our growth and success. All repairs are fully documented to provide ease of mind to our customers, and we communicate threw the whole process to provide quality service to you.
How does this work?
It is super easy! The fee on this listing takes care of the return shipping cost for your device. In some cases the cost may be slightly higher, but we will include that cost in the quote for the repair. You ship your device to our address at your expense. We highly recommend applying insurance when shipping as accidents can happen. We will not assume responsibility for damages that happen during shipping. Please pack the device in the box properly to prevent damage to the device.
Is there a diagnostic fee?
No! We do not believe that you should have to pay to know whats wrong with your device. We are confident that the price we offer you is the best out there. So we don't see a need to charge for our diagnostic services.
Once you get my device, how long will it take to hear from your shop?
That's a fantastic question. We do everything we can to make sure that our diagnostic service is done quickly and precisely. You will receive an email as soon as we check your device in, and the within 24-48 hours you will receive a diagnostic report.
If my device needs to be erased and restored will my data be safe?
Your data will be temperately stored on an encrypted hard drive and then returned to the drive in your computer. Once your computer is back in your possession, and yo verify that everything is as it should be. We wipe the hard drive with software called dban. What it does is erase the hard drive by writing over the data with 1's and 0's multiple times. Every customer can rest assured that their data is not vulnerable to being stolen. We also have a ZERO tolerance policy when it comes to employees scrolling threw your data. No one will be looking at your data.

Is there a warranty on repairs your shop does?
Yes there is. We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our repairs unless otherwise agreed on. A warranty is not insurance. If additional damage or the part is damaged then the warranty is void. However, that does not mean we won't or can't help you. Please feel free to contact us about any issues you are having. We are a business of people not robots so there is always an option.
Do you fix iPhones or android phones?
Absolutely! We love repairing phones, game systems, and computers. We do not repair medical equipment or game consoles with the red ring of death or light of death issues. Those systems are dead and even though "re-flowing" them does get them working again, it is not a fix but a band-aid. There is a problem in the chip not with the solder and we do not believe in cheating people out of their money selling services like that.
