Donald Duck is the train engineer on this 2" (4.1 cm) wide and 1 1/2" (3.8 cm) tall pin. It celebrates the contribution of the Walt DISNEY Animation Research Library for preserving over 60 million original pieces of DISNEY animation art.
On noteworthy detail in the pin is the animation registration holes along the bottom (which animators would place over pegs in their table to make sure animation cells lined up properly).
This pin was made for a special members-only event at the Carolwood Pacific Animation Research Library.
