In my 40 plus years of collecting St Louis bre
wery memorabilia, this is the only example of this sign I have ever observed! Measures approx 18" across x 6" deep. Constructed of a metal back plate with plastic sign face. Illuminated by a single fluorescent tube with starter and transformer and works well. It takes a few seconds to ignite when first plugged in, which is normal for the older fluorescent fixtures. No switch, just plug in. Missing the ground prong on the plug, so you will want to replace it for safety. The item is clean and displays nicely, but does show various areas of wear and tear and patina from age and use. There are a couple of areas around the edges where the thin plastic barrel is chipped away. I took close up pics for your review. There is some staining and finish loss on top of the barrel, which cannot be observed when displayed.
