This is a vintage amber pressed hobnail glass small pitcher or creamer with a handle.
The pitcher measures 5.25" high, 2.5" top diameter, 3" base diameter and is 3.75" across handle to spout.  It's in very good condition without any damage.  Also selling on eBay a vintage amber pressed glass basket style dish with crossed handles.
